Anti-Study
I hate exams. I hate them. Actually the actual exam isn't as bad as the incessant studying ahead.
I think now that I know my study habits, I've noticed that I lack a study habit!
I can't study ahead of time. What I do , is I cram.
Hmm--Wait is that a studying method?
That's all I've ever done since elementary school. WHATS WRONG WITH ME!!!
I don't know how to study ahead of time. Me don't know at all (Insert sad face here)
Really though, I just don't know how one goes about doing that. I suppose it can be a habit acquired after much, much, much practice --but I know many are just born with this knack that I've been denied. I know this, because why does it have to be so difficult for meee?
Well this time I'm trying , because I have to. I have a job in the healthcare field and I'm studying to become a technician. By the way I've worked in this field now for about 2 years, just never cared to become a med-tech till now.
I'm already a technician in training--but with the label of "C.T" or Certified Tech, I will be making $15.00/hr :)
Sa-weeet.
So I figure, what the hell take the plunge , study ahead. I've already signed up for the exam---just today , and I'm basically just waiting to schedule a date to take it. I have to wait 48 hours, but the dates are going to be between April 23-May 26th 2007.
Yes , you got it! Right around the corner.
Anyway, So I said to myself-- 'Self, this is no easy exam as you now know from all the medical material that the books have enlightened you with, so you must break this habit of cramming and study, practice, read --Ahead of time !'
Right now I'm seated in front of the computer ---(uh duh?)--- I know, but on the other screens below there is the CD for the practice exam.
Man, did I ever tell you I hate studying ?
Nevermind though! I must persevere. I must make an excellent grade on this exam --come hell or high water I WILL STUDY. Even if I have to sit in front of this damned computer and ---
wait why am I typing in my blog? Shouldn't I be studying? <---Dramatic effect ?
