OZ
So check it out. lol. Man really, I decided to click on this thing that popped up and said "Which OZ character are you?" take the quiz. And sooo , of course I'm thinking "yea okay, Wizard of OZ, yea cool.." Dude okay, the questions were off the wall and so didn't sound anything like something to do with the yellow brick road and along the way I was questioning but didn't totally knock the method. I like these sort of tests, call me crazy.
Anyway , Lo and behold this pops up when I'm done! :
lol. I read "Praise be to Allah" and I was like "WTH" and looked around the room. Next I looked at the guys face and and read the caption and started laughing -out loud , or so it goes.
Dang. I thought it was accurate enough as far as those tests go. I AM MUSLIM haha. and the rest also followed suit. I liked it. hmm I don't have a british accent that I'm trying to cover up though.
Which OZ was this anyway? Any answers?

Thanksgiving is the only "non muslim" holiday my family actively participates in since me and my siblings were wee ones. well to be totally honest, halloween was kind of too. but now that i'm in college and whatnot its not really that serious. i usually just hand candy out. well wait, actually we always make a cake and go see the fire works for 4th of July too. uhm mothers day and fathers day are really important to us too though.
WOW I DIGRESS.
Anyway, thanksgiving. A time of reverence and self-reflection. A time of giving and charity.
Food is basically what we focus on though.
Yes so this coming thanksgiving holiday we're making a Ha -uUUge dinner for friends and family. My older sister this time is putting everything together. I wish dad was here, even though he'll be here in mid december. I think he would've liked it. His job has him travelling a lot. over and out over and out . Ah well.
So anyway, I volunteered to make something too. I've decided I'm gonna make a really nice tres tres gourmet Bananas Foster. Oh don't worry it will be really chic. with the burnt sugar dome cone on top of the icecream and bananas, sort of a quasi-creme brulee.
I am gonna make everyone think I bought the dish from a gourmet ..uhm banana foster making factory?
yea. gourmet was the key word in that phrase.
I'm trying to find a pic of the style I'm going for. I mean I want these people to freak!
okay, lol. maybe i don't want them to freak. maybe thats not the term I was going for. but you know, you eat with your eyes first.
i really love food. good food.

My dish will be somewhere between, oh say a sort of love-child of this group above.

Actually I'm not "high" in the sense that you're thinking. Don't project your lifestyle on me. I'm high on perfumes! Wow. You know what I noticed the other day that I reeeeally want a lot of perfumes out there, some that I don't have on my dresser already. I thought, "hey let me post something in my blog about this". I think I would have liked to take on the profession of a parfumée had I not chosen my career track already, and if I actually ....
okay. I have a lot of things I would "like"to be, that are different from what I'm going to be, but I don't want to begin to get into that long extensive list. I like my choice anyway.You live one life. So go. Maybe I'll cover that list in my next blog post. Yea. I think I will.
That last bit was more for me than anyone else reading this.
Anyway, yeah. Perfume. God! I just want everyone reading this, that knows me----

YES I made this little collage in Paintshop. These are definetly my top 9 fragrances. Some would be refills. others are new but I won't hesitate in acquainting myself with them :)
